These tools are not working cohesively to improve analyst’s workflow. I was part of a team that re-designed the case building and sanction search process to integrate a LLM model (Chatgpt) while ensuring analyst workflow was enhanced. ### My Role & Responsibilities - Title: Product designer - Responsibilities: Wireframing new features screens, Iterating User flow, Standardising Design elements, troubleshooting with developers to iterate designs, Usability testing, User surveys. - Tools: Figma, Figjam, JIRA, Trello. ### Challenge Existing Anti-Money Laundering systems are inefficient and complicated. Analysts struggle with complex investigations trails, high false positives, and inefficient user workflows. ### Design Challenges - Integrating New Features without disrupting workflows. - Maintaining Design Consistency through a established design system. - ChatGPT Hallucinations management. ### Solution Redesigned the sanction search and leading pages with similar design patterns. Redesigned components resulted in 20% reduction in development time. Integrated LLM with matching algorithms to ensure analysts were not misled. ### Outcomes & Impact - 20% reduction in False positives. - 15% reduction in investigation durations. - 20% reduction in development time of new features. --- ## 4. Sensand wanted to create a carbon credit marketplace for high quality credits. ### My Role & Responsibilities - Title: UX Researcher - Responsibilities: User research planning, conducting user research, requirement gathering, market and product analysis, stakeholder and cross-functional communication, design documentation, and wire-framing. - Tools: Figma, Figjam, Jira, Askable, Balsamiq. ### Challenge Sensand's product Mintly focused on high-quality credits. Insights showed it took an average of 10 minutes to find carbon portfolios of companies. Users struggled with raw data. ### Solution Created a consolidated carbon portfolio. Incorporated visual elements to simplify intricate details. Designed user-friendly information devoid of jargon. ### Outcomes & Impact - Search time decreased from 10 minutes to under 2 minutes. - 70% increase in user understanding. - Sustainable Website Design: Emits only 0.04g of CO2 per visit.
